Our open and candid discussion groups are intended for IPN students (and their friends) to share experiences pertaining to specific well-being related topics. The goal of these groups is to increase connectedness within our graduate community and to learn from one another in safe, confidential environments.
Past topics have included “Discussing Loneliness, Isolation, and Homesickness in Grad School” as well as a Death Cafe ( as conceived by Jon Underwood – for more details please visit deathcafe). Future topics will include Discussing Imposter Syndrome, as well as discussions about working with research subjects, work-life balance, and intersectionality in graduate issues.
